Based in Sydney, Australia, rotomoulding veteran Ian Hansen has announced he is now an independent
consultant to the global rotomoulding industry.

Ian is very familiar to many rotomoulders in Australasia, and around the world. He spent 15 years in New
Zealand as a manufacturer of powders and over 20 years in Australia as a rotomoulder, consuming
powders. This gives him a unique and insightful understanding of the rotomoulding industry.
Ian has previously served as the President of ARMA, and has shared his knowledge via presentations to
rotomoulding conferences around the world, as well as technical articles published in Rotoworld. In 2016
he received the ARMA ‘Icons of Rotomoulding Award’ for his dedicated service to the Australasian
industry.

If you have a problem and you are not making any progress, you now have someone whom you can
contact for unbiased help. Ian is happy to have an initial discussion at no cost to you, to determine if he
can help you, or not.

While troubleshooting manufacturing problems is the most popular service he
offers, Ian can provide any sort of training to your manufacturing staff to give them
the ability to understand the process better to begin to resolve problems
themselves. He can also assist your product development process by verifying
designs using Finite Element Analysis in combination with his years of
experience.
